As part of the ongoing transition to Haddington Primary School, essential work is being carried out on the school Management Information systems. This transition work will have a temporary impact on SchoolPay for parents of Nursery - P3 pupils.
Pupil SchoolPay accounts for P4-P7 pupils are not impacted by this transition process and can be used as normal over this period.
Nursery – P3 pupil accounts only
- From 2-19 Feb, parents will not be able to use SchoolPay.
No online payments will be able to be made for these pupil during this time.
Additionally, meals will not be able to be ordered online for the weeks 4-8 Feb and 18-22 Feb. - During these two weeks, Nursery – P3 pupils will be asked to make their menu choices at school, and the meals will be ordered by a manual process in their class each morning.
- If for any reason you need to pay for any items over this period, there is still the facility to pay with cash at the school.
- SchoolPay will be available as normal for parents of Nursery – P3 pupils from 19 Feb, enabling meal selection and online payments from the week commencing 25 Feb onwards.
