East Lothian Council has confirmed the interim leadership arrangements which will apply following the retirement of Chief Executive Monica Patterson on Friday, 14 February.
Lesley Brown, Executive Director, will then take on the role of Interim Chief Executive.
This interim arrangement will ensure effective leadership until the arrival of new Chief Executive Laurence Rockey, who is expected to take up his post on 22 April, following his departure from the Scotland Office.
