Work to start on new play area at Lauderdale Park, Dunbar Construction work to renew and improve the play area in Lauderdale Park, Dunbar is due to start on Tuesday 22 October. The play area will be cordoned off but access to the rest of the park will be unaffected. Published 21st October 2024.

Celebrating Tyne & Esk community benefits East Lothian and Midlothian projects have benefited from more than £400k in funding from the Tyne & Esk Community Led Local Development Programme over the past two years. Bringing superfast broadband to rural East Lothian East Lothian Council’s Economic Development team has been working with smaller communities in East Lothian to improve access to ultrafast broadband, with the first Openreach project in the area using funding from the Scottish Government’s R100 Scottish Broadband Voucher Scheme about to launch in Whittingehame.
