Recovery services

“Recovery is a process of change through which individuals improve their health and wellness, live a self-directed life and strive to reach their full potential”.

MELDAP with its partners have developed a Recovery Orientated System of Care (ROSC). The ROSC could be thought of as a network of community based services and supports that is person centred and builds on the strengths of individuals, families and communities.

If you are just setting out on your recovery journey then remember to take it slowly and one step at a time. It is important to connect with the recovery community and there are many ways to do that.
