Guidance for sending Marriage / Civil Partnership forms
Please contact the Registrar at haddingtonregistrars@eastlothian.gov.uk and the Registrar will send you the link to where you can upload all your documents for your Marriage/Civil Partnership.
- all documents should be scanned in a PDF format where possible
- payment must be made before we are able to lodge your Marriage Notice/Civil Partnership forms
- you will need to make an appointment to visit the office to hand in all original documents already scanned to the office
- you should send a note of your contact phone number
