Third party agencies - important information
It has come to our attention that some third party agencies are approaching Council Tax payers in Scotland offering to work on their behalf to notify the Council of a change in address, i.e. moving in or out of East Lothian. In some cases, these agencies are charging a fee for this.
East Lothian Council has not employed or engaged with any of these agencies.
Our Council Tax Officers offer free and impartial advice and information to anyone who needs it and you can notify us of a change in address or other circumstances via the council website by using one of our online forms.
