Olivebank is East Lothians only Child and Family Centre working on a referral only basis with families facing multiple adversities. We focus on working with parents and infants from pregnancy to 2 years. The service tailors’ interventions to individual families from home visits, group work and one to one focused work both within the centre and out with to support families to thrive to their full potential. We are free to families living in East Lothian who meet our criteria.
We deliver groups such as:
- Mellow Parenting
- Antenatal PEEP
- Peep Learning Together Programme
- Baby Massage
- Bookbug
- Self-Esteem
- Fitness
- Walk and Talk
One to One work may include:
- Parents Under Pressure (PUP)
- Video Interaction Guidance (VIG)
- Parent Infant Interaction Observation Scale (PIIOS)

How you can get Olivebank's services
To access these services, you will need to be referred to East Lothian's Internal Provision Panel. You can be referred by:
- Your health visitor
- Your social worker
- Family Nurse Practitioner
