Housing and accommodation
- East Lothian Council Housing Options Team / Homelessness provide support and advice to those who wish to find out more about their housing options, and what to do if you are at risk of becoming, or are currently homeless. The service operates Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.

Money and finance
- East Lothian Council Financial Inclusion Team provides free, impartial and confidential advice to support you with a range of financial concerns including the cost of living crisis, benefit entitlements and more. The service is available Monday - Friday 9am-5pm.

- Scottish Welfare Fund Financial Support Team provides a safety net for people on low incomes. This is a discretionary scheme which means it provides grants that do not have to be repaid.

Mental Health
- CWIC Mental Health Service provide a first point of contact offering advice and assistance to find ways in which individuals can manage mental health concerns. The service operates Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm.

- Changes offer a range of services to support people who have mental health issues. The services are themed around relaxation and mindfulness, groups and courses, healthy living activities and 1-2-1 therapy.

CAPS Independent Advocacy Service supports adults with mental health issues. It provides assistance to help individuals have their voice heard in meetings such as tribunals, benefits assessments and social work meetings.

Wellbeing for women
- SHINE Mentoring Service is a voluntary intensive mentoring service providing both practical and emotional support to women who are serving a sentence of less than 4 years not subject to statutory supervision

- Aid & Abet supports people involved in the justice system, with a focus on those who have been in custody. It is an initiative that is led by people who have, themselves, been in prison or involved in the justice system.

Family Support
- Circle offers a range of whole family support services that promote children’s healthy development and potential. We engage with families who face exclusion due to social injustice, poverty and health inequalities.

- Families Outside works solely on behalf of families affected by imprisonment. They offer direct support to families via a Helpline and Support Coordinators. They also provide training and information to professionals who come into contact with families affected by imprisonment.

Addiction Support
- MELD offer a range of services and programmes to promote recovery from drug and alcohol issues, reduce harm and promote recovery. Services include the ‘Core Service’, Medical Support services, Peer Support Service and SMART Groups

Victim Support
